Lunch

Dinner

Carrot juice must be freshly extracted, never canned, bottled or frozen. At least thirty minutes after consuming the E-Fusion, eat a large green vegetable salad. An assortment of numerous vegetables. The more variety, the better.

Use fresh squeezed lemon juice or apple cider vinegar from a glass bottle and oil. Hemp oil is best. Virgin olive oil or other cold pressed oil. (see below) on the salad. The salad is usually followed by some cooked food (baked potato, baked sweet potato, brown rice, steamed vegetables, whole grain pasta, whole grain bread, and so on). Pastas and breads should be eaten in moderation if at all on this program. Later in the evening have a glass or two of organic apple juice or a piece of juicy fruit. (The diet should consist of 80 percent raw food and 20 percent cooked food.) If you do get a hunger pang, take more E-Fusion or a teaspoon of organic blackstrap molasses. When cooking, lightly steamed is the ideal.

To ensure that you get the essential fatty acids the body needs, have one tablespoon of an ‘Essential Oil Blend’ or hemp oil with your salad with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Raw sunflower, pumpkin, hemp seeds… may be sprinkled on the salad.

Salad dressing suggestion — chop a whole lemon in a blender, add oil such as olive, flax, hemp or any essential oil plus some healthy seasoning and apple cider vinegar. A small amount of Celtic Saltmay be used. Blend together and keep in the fridge. Grated citrus peel from lemon, lime, orange… is a great taste enhancer.

Exercise is also an essential part of the program. Do at least one hour of vigorous exercise daily if quicker results are desired. The Five White Dangers to Avoid

The following five white foods should be removed from our diet. These five white foods cause most of our physical and mental problems. Starting with the most dangerous substance we put into our body …..

MEATor more rightfully called flesh food contains white fat. The average American meat eater puts over 50 pounds of fat (cholesterol) into their body per year. This fat clogs the arteries, ultimately causing the heart attacks and strokes that will kill approximately 50 percent of our population. Excess heat is extremely damaging to meat as a food.

Meat also causes colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other forms of cancer. Colitis is another cause of meat consumption. And meat is the primary cause of adult-onset diabetes, gout, arthritis and a host of other physical problems.

“Homocysteine, an amino acid found in meat, could also have a profound impact on our health. A high level of homocysteine in the blood stream is implicated in such conditions as Alzheimer’s Disease, Reynard’s Syndrome, hypothyroidism, stroke, heart disease, heart attack and cancer, asserts Hans Larsen, a Victoria on-line health researcher who is a retired chemist.

Larsen, who cites findings about homocysteine gleaned from The Lancet, Geriatrics and Journal of Rheumatology, says that despite the body of evidence, little is being done to counteract the problem it causes. That could be accomplished by taking folic acid supplements, usually in tandem with Vitamins B6 and B12, (found in Toco), to decrease homocysteine levels.”

We are told that we need meat for protein and strength, but we are not told that the cooking of meat changes the molecular structure of the protein and renders the protein in meat unusable by the body. An excess amount of protein also leaches calcium out of the bones. This is due to acidification of the body from meat. If we look to nature, we will find that there is not a single animal in the wild that cooks the flesh it eats! Seventeen years of research has revealed meat, as it is produced today, to be the single most dangerous food that we put into our body. If you are conditioned to meat consumption, refrain from its use while on this program. You probably would not want to go back on it.

DAIRY is the second most dangerous substance we can put into our bodies for many of the same reasons. We are told that milk is the perfect food, and needed for calcium. But we are not told that the pasteurizing of milk (heating it to temperatures of 160 degrees or higher) changes the calcium to an inorganic form, which cannot be assimilated by the body. The wrong type of calcium can also cause problems in the body like arthritis, rheumatism, etc. If the body cannot use the calcium, it stores it in the weakest parts of the body, therefore arthritic joints, bone spurs and so on. Calcium is in many processed foods. With the push for more calcium consumption, we are literally poisoned by the excess unusable calcium. (See the article on Electrical Transmutation, explaining how the body receives its calcium and other minerals). Dairy products are acidic and produce mucous in the body. A breeding ground for bacteria and viruses.

In nature, no animal pasteurizes its milk…and no animal drinks the milk of another species, nor does it ever drink milk after the age of weaning. The only source of bad cholesterol (LDL) is animal products! ANIMAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD FOOD!!!

SALT is another white substance that creates untold physical problems and suffering. The body needs sodium, but it must be in an organic form in order to be usable by the body. Table salt, sodium chloride, is an inorganic sodium compound formed by the union of sodium and chlorine that is extremely toxic to the body, causing it to retain fluid in an effort to keep this protoplasmic poison in suspension and out of the cells. The body needs salt, but only the natural, useable type such as CELTIC SALT which contains all minerals required by the body.

SUGAR is the fourth white substance creating our physical problems. Sugar is so changed and concentrated from its original plant form… that it is actually a drug! Just 10 teaspoons (approximately the amount found in one soft drink) will immobilize the immune system by about 33 percent. Approximately 30 teaspoons of sugar will shut down the immune system for a whole day.

Artificial chemical sweeteners such as aspartame are also very toxic. At body temperature, these chemical sweeteners turn into formaldehyde, a lethal and deadly poison!!!

WHITE FLOUR has had all the good nutrients (bran and germ) removed during processing. Then it is bleached and preservatives are added. Our body classifies ground grains (flour) as a sugar.

Most people are aware of how dangerous alcohol and nicotine are to the body, but fail to realize that the caffeine and acids in coffee, tea and soft drinks is also extremely dangerous substances. Caffeine is called a stimulant because it excites all of the nerve endings in an effort to rid the body of this poisonous substance. If a person drinks over two or three cups of coffee a day on a regular basis, they will usually develop severe drug withdrawal headaches if they suddenly stop drinking it. Medicinal drugs are also dangerous and should be used on a very short term bases. There is no need for medicinal drugs whatsoever if the body is functioning properly and to do that, the ‘Ultimate Health Program’ should be adhered to.

What causes unhealthy cells to create illness and disease…

Regeneration in biology is the process of renewal, restoration, and tissue growth that makes genomes, cells, organisms, and ecosystems resilient to natural fluctuations or events that cause disturbance or damage.

Regeneration can either be complete where the new tissue is the same as the lost tissue, or incomplete

Regeneration in biology, however, mainly refers to the morphogenic processes that characterize the phenotypic plasticity of traits allowing multi-cellular organisms to repair and maintain the integrity of their physiological and morphological states.

The question of cell renewal is one that all of us have intuitive daily experience with. We all notice that our hair falls out regularly, yet we don’t get bald (at least not until males reach a certain age!).  Similarly, we have all had the experience of cutting ourselves only to see how new cells replaced their damaged predecessors. And we donate blood or give blood samples without gradually draining our circulatory system. All of these examples point to a replacement rate of cells, that is characteristic of different tissues and in different conditions, but which makes it abundantly clear that for many cell types renewal is a part of their story. To be more concrete, our skin cells are known to constantly be shed and then renewed. Red blood cells make their repetitive journey through our bloodstream with a lifetime of about 4 months

Our body’s cells are constantly replicating themselves.

There are trillions of cells in your body, but the cells that we have today are not all the exact same cells that we had yesterday. Over time, cells age and become damaged, so our body’s cells are constantly replicating, creating their own replacements.  Cell replication

Every seven years or so, our cells have been so productive that our body has replaced every part of itself — from our eyelashes to our esophagus. In other words, after about seven years of cellular replication, we’re an entirely new collection of cells, inside and out. 

Certain cells in some organs and systems in our body are totally replaced in a matter of months, but others remain much the same as they were on the day we were born. 

“Most of the skin and gut are replaced very fast, most likely within months. Cells in the liver regenerate at a somewhat slower pace, cells are replaced within three years.  

However, cells in other organs and systems are even slower to replicate and lag behind the seven-year cut-off. 

For example, “the human heart renews at a rather low rate, with only 40% of all cardiomyocytes [the cells responsible for the contracting force in the heart] exchanged throughout life. Skeletal cells  need around 10 years to replicate a skeleton in its entirety,

In the brain, cell renewal can be even more leisurely. Scientists have uncovered evidence showing that some neurons in the hippocampus are renewed, but only at a rate of 1.75% annually. And some types of neurons within the striatum also regenerate. But other types of neurons stay with a person for their entire lifetime. And even the distinct cell populations that can rejuvenate are not replaced entirely, but only partly over a lifetime.

If parts of us, like our skin, gut and liver, are renewed every few years, then why don’t we stay young forever?

Regardless of how “young” our skin, guts and liver may be, we feel older as years go by because of our biological age. Even if a person’s cells are relatively young, their biological age reflects how their body responds to the passage of time. But we can halt the aging process to stay and look younger well into our golden yes. As organs renew their cells, the organs still age due to changes in the replicating cells, such as mutations. As cells replicate, the DNA continually divides and copies; and over time, mistakes are made. Mutations can thereby accumulate and affect the life of the cell or the expression of certain genes. This can be slowed and even halted.

So even if the cells in parts of our bodies are relatively new, our aging, much-copied DNA makes us feel the weight of all those years that have passed.

How can we have healthy cell to keep us young and slow the aging process. Disease-free and prevent and even eliminate illness.

My wife’s amazing recovery from terminal Lupus

Q… I am afraid of the coronavirus?

A… Excellent question, and timely considering what’s going on in the world right now. Our bodies are designed to deal with viruses and bacteria all the time. Some that we encounter may be stronger than others. In general, you can support your immune system and this will help two fold. It can help keep you strong against incoming viruses/bacteria and it can also help once you may be infected. It’s our own immune system that tracks these down and does the dirty work to eliminate them but, sometimes this takes TIME.

It works to reduce the time or severity of an infection. Giving your body the best chance to stand up and fight when the time is needed. There are many ways to help. Keeping your diet clean and free of foods that will dampen your immune system is a great place to start. So removing obvious sugars, wheat and dairy foods, especially in the morning is a perfect beginning. If you want to start the day strong doing so without these is an excellent start. Keep in mind, as there are foods that hurt your immunity, there are those that can support you. Foods that are high in vitamin C and antioxidants and that are enzyme rich are all beneficial.
